Delete your Euro Mall account

You can delete your Euro Mall account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Euro Mall app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Open the “Account” tab.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on all your devices. This cannot be undone.

What we delete

• Your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and gender.
• Your sign-in sessions and push notification tokens on all your devices.
• Your notification settings.
• Your points balance: remaining points are forfeited and cannot be restored.

What we keep, and why

• Purchase invoices, your points history and voucher records are kept for accounting and legal reasons, anonymised: they are no longer linked to your name, phone number or email address, and invoices keep only the last 3 digits of your phone number.
• These anonymised records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Messages you sent through “Contact us” are kept separately by customer support; you can ask us to delete them too.

Before you delete

Use any vouchers you have already paid for with points: after deletion they no longer appear in the app. You can sign up again later with the same phone number, but the new account starts with zero points.

Can’t use the app?

Contact customer support from the phone number registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will check that the request comes from you before deleting the account.
